VioSolar Inc. based in Athens, Greece, is a renewable energy company (RES), developing Solar Energy Parks with Photovoltaic arrays for the production of electricity, throughout South and South East Europe, focusing mainly on EU member countries and starting with projects throughout Greece.

VioSolar Inc. is particularly looking to operate in Greece, Italy, Portugal, Spain, France, Bulgaria and Romania, among other European countries, based on the “feed-in” tariff system that has been mandated by law in most of the above countries.

Through the purchase of eighty-five percent interest in Energeiaki E.P.E. (a producing solar company in Greece) VioSolar Inc. has current production of 100 kilowatts (kw), with applications and licenses for a further 1 megawatt (MW).

VioSolar Inc. is also actively sourcing production licenses and other operating solar companies in Greece.
